A sustainability leader shaped by lived impact
I’m Angel Gold, a project specialist with experience delivering strategy, governance frameworks, and cross regional programmes. I’ve worked across global organisations helping teams turn complex ideas from from an overwhelming concept into a practical, achievable plan. My move into sustainability came four years ago when my youngest son was diagnosed with cancer.
I've taken my previous experience and what I've learned from my MSc in Sustainability to support the charity sector to increase thier impact without
But my deepest understanding of impact comes from my personal life.

A parent’s perspective
When my son was diagnosed with cancer, everything changed. Our priorities narrowed. Our days became medical. Our nights became uncertain. And charities became lifelines offering support, connection, and humanity when everything felt fragile.
That experience taught me what impact really means. It taught me what charities carry. And it taught me how vital it is that these organisations thrive.
A trustee’s perspective
Joining a childhood cancer charity as a trustee gave me a governance level view of the sector. I saw how charities want to improve their environmental impact but often lack time, resources, or confidence. I saw how sustainability can feel like “one more thing” when teams are already stretched.
I founded Charity Sustainability Partners to change that.
